Jardín de invierno / Window design
I play with hints of natural processes, like moisture stains on surfaces or the fructification of a mycelium. These explorations have resulted in ceramic installations and sculptures that evoke the emergence of life. I imagine that these artworks emerge from a mycelium that grows under the floor and inside the walls of the place. Sometimes it travels long distances to find a new habitat. I work with soils from different latitudes to emerge elsewhere. I explore the decay of my body through various media. I use mycelium as a metaphor to understand my fragmented body map. I delve into my memories and affective
imprints. I think through color and its appearance in the artworks.

Juego con indicios de procesos naturales como las manchas de humedad sobre las superficies o la fructificación de un micelio.
Estas búsquedas han dado lugar a instalaciones y esculturas de cerámica que evocan el surgimiento de vida. Imagino brotan de un micelio que se extiende por el piso y paredes del lugar, a veces recorre largas distancias hasta encontrar un nuevo habitáculo. Trabajo con tierras de diferentes latitudes para emerger en otro sitio. Exploro el deterioro de mi cuerpo a traves de diferentes medios. Utilizo la metáfora del micelio para entender mi mapa corporal fragmentado. Hurgo en mis recuerdos e improntas afectivas.
Pienso a través del color y de su acontecer en las obras.
